1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing, installing, creating an account for, or otherwise utilizing Rynel signals your agreement to this legal arrangement. These terms apply to all users of the application and form a binding set of conditions between you and the operator of the app.

Anyone who is not comfortable with these rules should discontinue access and remove the application from their device. Use of the platform after reviewing these terms indicates that you understand the obligations and limitations described here.

2. Service Description

Rynel offers a digital environment for maintaining a private dream journal and organizing dream-related content into a personal archive. Certain functions may include optional AI-assisted outputs, such as generated visuals or interpretive text, intended for personal and informational use.

The application may evolve over time. Features may be added, adjusted, restricted, interrupted, or removed without permanence being promised. Availability may vary for technical, operational, legal, or maintenance reasons, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Use of the application is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using Rynel, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that your access is lawful where you live.

All interactions with the service must remain lawful and respectful. The following conduct is not permitted:

• Using the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• Attempting to interfere with the platform, its infrastructure, or other users;
• Uploading, transmitting, or introducing malicious code, scripts, or malware;
• Harassing, threatening, exploiting, or impersonating any person or entity;
• Trying to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or related services.

If an account system is made available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Breaches of these rules may lead to restricted access, suspension, deletion of content, or permanent removal from the service.

4. Intellectual Property

Rynel, including its software, layout, design elements, text, branding, interface components, and underlying technology, remains the property of its developer or applicable licensors. Access to the app does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the application for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these terms. Except where applicable law clearly allows it, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, publish, or create derivative works based on the app or any part of it.

5. Disclaimer

The application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no promises are made regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or error-free operation.

AI-assisted outputs, including generated imagery or interpretations, may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are solely responsible for how you interpret, store, rely on, or act upon any content made available through the app.

Use of the service is undertaken at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the developer of Rynel will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising from or related to your access to, inability to access, or use of the application.

This limitation includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, device issues, interruption of operations, corruption of files, or reliance on content generated or stored through the service, even where the possibility of such harm had been identified beforehand.

7. Account Termination

Access to Rynel may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time if conduct appears inconsistent with these terms, creates risk, violates law, disrupts the service, or threatens other users or systems. Such action may occur without advance notice where circumstances warrant immediate response.

You may also stop using the application whenever you choose. Ending your use of the app does not automatically remove obligations or limitations that, by their nature, should remain in effect after access ends.

8. Terms Modification

From time to time, these terms may be revised to reflect changes in the application, legal requirements, business operations, or risk management practices. When updates are posted, the revised version becomes the governing set of terms as of its stated effective date.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Ongoing use of Rynel after updated terms take effect will be treated as acceptance of the revised conditions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the service operator, without regard to conflict of law principles that would require another legal system to apply.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the application or these terms should first be raised by contacting us directly in a good-faith effort to reach an informal resolution. If that process does not resolve the matter, disputes shall be handled in the courts or other lawful forums that have proper authority in the applicable jurisdiction.
